We hired the pros to demolish our old and rotten deck and replace it with a permanent patio with retaining wall and pavers. These guys are hardworking, efficient, and professional. They did an awesome job, doesn't cut corners, and have great communication with us. Alban and his crew did a great job as you can see in our photos. Amazing work and very nice aesthetics! Would highly recommend them if you need a detail oriented and professional company.

ThePros overall did a great job with finishing our backyard for a new house that left a lot of construction debris and an undesirable layout. Here are my pros/cons to share: Pros: * Got the job done with reasonably high quality * Dealt with a lot of our back-and-forth adjustments as the project took shape * Always wanted to make us happy, and offered us a better deal than a more local landscaper * We had them move giant boulders that were living in the backyard to other locations for an upcharge * The project included a design review at the outset, which involved one of their designers workin…

We couldn’t be happier with our backyard renovation! Working with The Pros was an amazing experience from start to finish. Alex nailed the design and brought our vision to life, and having one company handle both design and build made everything so much easier. We worked with the Pros to design and build our patio and are very satisfied with the entire process and the outcome. - The initial proposal and quote won us over with the level of details and the competitive pricing. - Alex has been a great designer, communicator and collaborator. I would not recommend The Pros Inc. Once they took my money, communication became almost nonexistent. I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed, but getting anyone to respond or follow through was extremely frustrating. My biggest disappointment was with Salo. He did not respond to my calls or messages and failed to resolve the problems despite repeated attempts to reach him. Good customer service doesn’t end after payment, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. The PROs provided us with a quote for our landscaping project. Once the design process began, they increased the quote by 200% for the same scope of work. When we requested a refund for the design fee, they agreed to a full refund in writing on multiple occasions. However, we did not see the refund for weeks. When we requested a refund receipt, they reneged and said they would only provide 50% of what was due. We lost months on our project which could have been averted had they been honest and upfront about what they could do.
