We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Pioneer Valley Pools! Clancy and his team made the whole process so easy—from helping us design the pool to guiding us through every step of the installation. They were always quick to answer my questions and made us feel completely supported the entire time. The installation was smooth, stress-free, and the pool turned out absolutely beautiful. We’re so grateful for all the hard work and care they put into this project. We can’t say enough good things about Pioneer Valley Pools and the wonderful team behind it!

Working with Pioneer Pools was fantastic! I did a DIY package and Clancy was amazing to work with. He always answered any of my questions very quickly and was extremely helpful in every way! Highly recommend them!

Quality company with solid crews. Was a huge undertaking with a lot of moving parts and they were professional and communicated everything very well throughout the entire build. If anything came up they were out the next day if not the same day. We ran into a few underground issues with my yard and they handled it easily. They are lucky to have Jakob and his crew on running things. They held things down and Jakob always gave good advice. We couldn't be happier to have gone with PVFP. Pictures are the 2nd day after opening our pool for the first time. 2026.

Our experience with PVFP started with a new house build in the fall of 2024. Clancy and the team worked alongside my GC to ensure a seamless sharing of the property while many trades were working at the time. From the sales, through the install, and eventually the closing of the pool, my family could not be more happy. We have had several pools over the years, but this is our first Fiberglass model. It was absolutely the right decision for us. Thank you Clancy, Jake, Jasmin, Chelsea and the entire PVFP team.

Just moved to the area and my Fiancés mother told me about Pioneer Valley. Safe to say the first time i’ve ever seen such amazing service and people who really want to connect with the community in unique ways! Thank you so much for making summer so much more enjoyable to those who don’t have access to pools at home :)
