The level of detail, planning and communication is what every customer desires but rarely receives when working with contractors. We absolutely loved working with Caleb and his team. Not only do we love the transformation to our backyard space, it was an easy process working with them. They communicated and followed through on everything promised. This is our third project with Caleb and his team and we’re always happy with the results! The owner, Caleb Kangas, is creative with designs that are esthetically pleasing while solving problems. The whole team is courteous, efficient, and timely. We had a great experience and are happy to serve as a reference. Also, the I general contractor working inside the home was so impressed with the work, cleanliness, courteousness, and quality that he made a point to share it with us and ask for the contact information to be able yo give to clients.

Caleb and his team were amazing from initial design all the way through completion of the project. Communication was great and everyone on the job was extremely professional. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and we were kept up to date on what to expect and when. We are thrilled with our new “third space” and are enjoying it with family and friends! Thanks Third Space Design for a great experience!
