Not sure if I’d use them again. Paid them to do a landscaping bed, bury downspouts and French drain. I have additional landscaping work I need done and I am looking for other options at the moment. I’m not really sure if the French drain does anything. I’ve gone outside during heavy rains to look at the end and I never see water pouring out. You can see in the attached photo water is pouring directly on the rocks of the French drain but the area stays pretty flooded The downspouts were initially buried really shallow that I could feel them while walking. We just moved into our new home and the yard needs lots of love. Chas and Drew have done a wonderful job getting our lawn maintenance set up as well as trees planted. We have another project set up for this fall the Chas is working on with us for a beautiful berm planting. We can’t wait. Thank you

We have had Topeka Landscape do our lawn care for several years, and have been pleased with their service and dependability. This year, we had them do Spring clean up around our landscaping and put down new mulch. Nathan introduced himself and made sure we were pleased with job before he and his team left. Do not use for irrigation!!! I had used Topeka Landscape three times prior for valve replacements and got Gary all of the times who did good work. I wanted to add two sprinkler heads to zone 4 and replace the pipe in that area as it was leaking. They were informed it was 3/4 in pipe, and I was aware it was being converted to 1 in. The person that came to do the work did not listen, was rude and condescending. He initially put the pipe in the first photo as completed work, and was starting to bury it without checking it.
