Every aspect of my experience with Tom’s Outdoor Living was top-notch. They presented a detailed plan for a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen that left no questions about what we expected. Great service! For the first time, we had flooding in our house. The old French drain system was all clogged and deteriorated (tree roots). They cleaned out and removed part of the old pipes and re-routed it with a rock dry bed so that it would drain properly and not back up into our house! It also looks a thousand times better than the old pipes. They had to dig holes in the garden bed and part of the yard. In the previous post below I reported possible fertilizer burn. Tom’s followed up and aerated and over seeded the yard with excellent results. The yard now looks fantastic. It appears that my fescue suffered burn from the fertilizer

We just wrapped up a summer project with Tom's Outdoor Living this week. Initially we were only interested in artificial turf for our relatively small backyard. After meeting with our Project Manager Eric Hightower the ideas and options started flowing and we ended up with a flagstone patio, outdoor lighting, new fencing, improved irrigation layout, monthly lawn service, and the artificial turf. If I could give one piece of advice about Tom’s is to HIRE them!!! We were so incredibly pleased with the bed clean outs and total transformation of a very large bed in need of help. They were prompt and even came back the next day to make sure our sprinkler system was watering as it should. We cannot even begin to express our gratitude for their help.
