My yard was under used and just didn't bring our family value, or much benefit. . But then we heard about this local company who could help us create our outdoor oasis. We spend so many more happy hours together as a family. Prices were comparable to even the big brand companies. We worked with Ryan and the way he listened to what we wanted - pool wise and yard spacing and overall safety first vision- he listened and delivered on every aspect. Trust worthy and reliable. Upfront about future maintenance.

We purchased our semi inground pool about 5-6 years ago from Dolphin pools and spas. At the end of October 2024 our liner had a small tear towards the top edge. November 5th 2024 was my first phone call to Dolphin about having someone come out to look at it to see what needed to be done. Since that Nov 5th date I have called them 12 more times and have emailed Tom which is the service department manager 12 times. No one has yet to come out. And since then our liner is now completely torn from the top edge all the way to the bottom of the pool. And our sidewalls are collapsing. Would I recomm…

Ryan was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They showed up on time and knew exactly what they were doing. Professional, friendly, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. 10/10 highly recommend.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review considering the absolute nightmare we have endured.we signed a contract March 29th for our semi in ground pool. Was told two weeks since we started so early. Mid June after many calls and emails they finally started. Was sent wrong liner and did not install pump. 2 weeks later after many texts we finally get the pump and filter to our already filled pool. Meanwhile no one ever showed up to back fill the ground around pool after saying they were coming multiple times. At this point my husband decided to complete the job bc we were done with them. …

I had a bad taste in my mouth a few years ago with how their service team wasn’t organized but I decided to give them a chance on a new hot tub. I’m very happy I did. I worked with Jody and Ryan and they set everything up perfectly so I didn’t have to do a thing except simply enjoy the tub. Thank you!

Not going to lie, I wanted to meet Franklin but left there with all my questions answered. I didn’t want an above ground pool and knew I couldn’t afford a big in-ground. Ryan and Jody did an awesome job explaining the difference between the pools and now I’m excited again about purchasing a pool. I can’t wait!

Purchased a hot tub from Dolphin Pools & Spas and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
