We had a great experience building our pool with Nupool! Design was beautiful, estimate was detailed and clear, no surprises after contract was signed, and clear communication throughout the process. Anytime we had a question it was answered and/or addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

The final product pool and kitchen is beautiful (pergola by others). Three design side was great. On the production side they have been friendly and helpful for the most part, just some minor issues which, if you've worked with contractors on complex projects before, you know are inevitable even with good ones. Overall, the final product is beautiful and we enjoy using it immensely. I would rate them better than average. Do your due diligence and communicate with your project manager at every step.

Matt did an excellent job with helping us find the right design for our yard space. We had a lot of utility lines running in the middle of our yard to work around and relocate. I was impressed with the excavation crew and their staff in general were experienced and seem to enjoy what they were doing. We really appreciate the quality of work and materials used for this project. We did need a larger retaining wall than the original design and Matt was extremely helpful in the negotiation of pricing to add that. Nupool was great to work with on our build, from bid/design, construction and commissioning. Bid/design: got 3-4 quotes, Matt is awesome and deliver the best design at competitive pricing. Took the time to listen to the vision and advised based on experience, he delivered a fabulous design that integrated existing pergola patio with pool perfectly. We had a couple utilities needing relocated before build which caused some delays but once started Caleb and the operations crew delivered within planned time frame. NuPool was great to work with. Matthew was fantastic during the pre-build and made us a beautiful design. He was able to take what we pictured in our minds and put it in the ground. The project manager Caleb was awesome during the build and always kept me updated a long the way. Recently, Ricky came out to look at the pool and make sure we were happy with the final product and offer their services for helping maintain the pool. He consistently stays in contact with me and has been a great help for the post-build part. My only concern currently is the plaster. It looks like it’s “mottling” or “…
