My wife and I bought a house with a pool, being our first pool, we hired Justin (the owner) to come out and teach us how to use the equipment. While he was here teaching us how to use the equipment, he sold us on his monthly services. Now mind you, or pool was crystal clear blue when we moved in. We decided to go with his top of the line service to ensure our pool would stay in excellent condition for us to use and enjoy in our new home. Justin converted our pool to salt water. He also installed solar heating for us. He has always done a thorough job explaining how to work the equipment. He also has fantastic customer service and has been responsive to other minor (non-related) problems with our pool. I greatly appreciate he help.

Justin from Top Notch is great! He always responds promptly and has always been able to fix whatever is going on with my pool. He's super knowledgeable and gives good pointers on pool care. I give him my highest recommendation!!

Dishonest in what they say they actually do (just stay home and watch them). Argumentative and dismissive when trying to troubleshoot an issue. Owner didn’t seem to care at all when trying to communicate with him about quality of work his employees did. All that was expected was honesty and professionalism, which I felt was present in the beginning but substantially dropped off over the past 6 months of weekly service. Really disappointing. I wish them the best but the 5-7 minutes a week of doing practically nothing (certainly didn’t brush the pool, or empty the pool sweep, or remove any debr…
