I’ve had a great experience with Top Rated Pool Care. They are super efficient, fast, and very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Every time they’ve come out, they get straight to work and handle everything professionally. They helped me with my jacuzzi and made sure everything was running properly. I had an issue with my Jacuzzi and Joe expedited it and came out same day and fixed it so fast! I have used him on my other pool as well in Pasadena and he has always expedited my service the best he could I recommend him 100% for fixing pools and pool service. He does an amazing job. All around honest and detailed service! My previous pool guy did some shady stuff when I cancelled the monthly service and Joe and his team fixed it quickly and let me know I didn't need to replace something which previous guy kept pushing me to do - probably just to make extra money. Great honest people! Joe doesn't push for things I don't need which means he'll always keep my business!

My pool issue was that I needed to get it drained the chemicals were all off after to many years. It took an acid wash and then a refill, but through the whole process Joe and his team were open to all my questions and concerns, giving answers in great detail. They were professional and very Personable which after reading all the reviews I knew they had quite a bit of experience. I now use him every month to maintain my pool. What a relief!
