Can't get Eric to follow up on a warranty repair. Called for a leak detection, he said he fixed it, pool is still leaking. Told him I would be out of town for the month, when I came home the pool was still leaking. I guess I missed my 60 day window for a warranty repair. Paid him again for repairs. Pool is still leaking, and I he won't come back to fix the issue. He schedules and cancels or does't show up to the appointment.

Honest, reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask. Eric was professional and gave me all of the different options for a slow leak in the 20,000 gallon pool at my Hacienda Heights rental. Would heartily recommend this company.

Eric (owner) is beyond helpful. I had a leak in the underground plumbing close to my pool deck. I was loosing 3-4 inches of water in my pool per week. Eric came out to diagnose with some advanced equipment (dove the pool) dye test and audio/mic testing. He was really honest and found the best way to get the job done! The cost actually came in under the estimate. Honesty should be rewarded, use this company for all your pool leakage needs!!

Eric is very knowledgeable He tested my pool multiple times and checked all the plumbing he found the leak and checked everything Great thing with Eric is he is there to help you even after the job is done he follows up and is always there to answer your questions Amazing customer service and quality work Thanks again for the help.

I had Eric check a possible pool leak back in January. Although he did not get in the pool he found a small crack in the corner of the pool, which he patched for me. He said no additional testing was necessary. About a month later the pool seem to be leaking again so I reached out. I left four voicemails and five texts. He eventually responded to a text and said that he would come back the following week. I never heard back from him. Now our pool is leaking again. I again have put in numerous calls from two different phones and I’m getting no response. I am wondering if he is no longer in…
