I received a text very early this morning and Danny was at my house before 10. He diagnosed the problem with my pump and only charged for labor. He assured me I didn’t need a new pump but if it caused more problems, he would come out and check it with no service charge! This is truly a company that cares when the owner responds that quickly and was so kind and friendly. If I could give you an extra star, I would!

Yesterday I needed an emergency repair on my sand filter valve. I called for service and a technician was at my house within 45 mins. He diagnosed the problem, said he needed some parts and would return late in the afternoon to make the repair. He showed up as promised and made the repair, working well past his normal quitting time. You don't find many businesses today with that kind of service dedication. I was impressed with how they responded.

Danny and his team at Tropical Pool Service was great, honest and very professional. He fixed a leak in the swimming pool in a very tight spot. I also had him to plumb the equipment added check valves to protect my heater and replaced the chlorinator. We are very satisfied we will call Tropical Pool Services for all of our pool needs. Danny is an Expert and add quality and value to your swimming pool needs.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find out my pool pump was spraying water everywhere. I jumped on Google to try and find someone who could get it fixed before things got worse. Tropical answered, and although they couldn't come out that day, they promised to see us first thing Monday. They asked for a video of the problem to see what kind of pool pump and filter we had so they could make sure to have everything they needed to get our pool working again. These guys are great!
