We are new to pool ownership, and we have figured out how to do most of it ourselves, but when we ran into some issues last summer, we knew we needed people with a level of expertise we didn't have. We found WaterDogs after reading glowing reviews and asked them to come help us in our time of pool crisis. (We also really liked the name.) I called WaterDog to help with a pool issue and even though they don’t service in our area, Jessica helped me to troubleshoot our issue over the phone! So helpful and kind, I wish we could use them for routine service and maintenance!

Jessica is a blessing! My pump was not getting the suction from the skimmer it needed to maintain pump pressure. I called on Friday and she tried to walk me through the solution over FaceTime and told me to reach out if I had issues. Well…I had issues. Talked to her again today and she came out this afternoon and fixed the problem in no time flat. I will only call WaterDog moving forward for any of my pool issues.

We are thrilled with WaterDog's service. As new pool owners I wish we'd hired them earlier; we would have saved $$ and aggravation. The previous guy just did the minimum, and we needed more guidance as the pool had some issues. In addition to excellent service & water quality testing, they have provided sound advice on equipment. They've also been patient with our numerous questions about pool care.
