If they would allow more than five stars, I would give it. I am very happy with our decision to use Tropical Pools to build our new pool. They were fantastic from start to finish. Bill Styer was so awesome to work with very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very quick with response to any questions with either email, phone calls, or text messages. Bill wasn’t the only person who was awesome Alex who handled everything I have nothing but great things to say about him as well. Bill Styer was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He always answered my questions and was only a text message away during the construction process. I love how my new pool with screened enclosure turned out. It’s my slice of paradise in my own backyard. When we came into the building to pick out our pavers, pebble, and tile the owner of the company Ralph came out and shook our hand and had a pleasant conversation with us. First, I want to say this review is written more than a year after the pool has been finished. I wanted to make sure what I wrote was accurate and withstood some time. I have several friends whose deck settling issue were horrible. We started this pool project talking to many pool companies. Tropical was the best price for the options we wanted but not the only company in that range. Our salesman was Bobby and he did not hound me. We started this project about a year before moving down. I had Tropical install 2 pools for me. One in 2016 and the newest and best pool I've ever seen last spring at my new home. The crews were all very professional and made me feel that they truly cared about a quality job. Since the install, I've used their weekly pool service and I am very impressed with their knowledge of salt water systems and keeping the pool clean and crystal clear. Tropical Pools was recommended by my builder for my pool and enclosure. Bill at Tropical walked me through all the color and design choices. The pool and enclosure both turned out great. I am currently contracting with them to do my maintenance.

Tropical pools completed my pool in April ahead of schedule. The process from start to finish was flawless. My salesman, Bobby Fisher was great to work with. Emilio and his guys worked hard removing the grass and framing the pool. Mario did a beautiful job with the waterline tile. The shop guys measured and cut pool cage to fit perfectly. Steve, Calimai and Jojo did a fantastic job assembling the pool cage. Arnell did a beautiful job installing pool equipment. Tropical pools installed our pool 2 yrs ago. The water feature had a leak. We had 5 companies come over to assess. All stated that it was not properly installed. Tropical wanted $2500. To fix their error. We had Resurrection Pools reinstall it for $1350. I would never use Tropical. In fact when it was first completed the pool rail started to rust. They offered to replace it with another rail that was defective. They told us if we wanted a good one it would cost more. The defect I’ve rail cost us $500.

It has been 1 year since Tropical Pools built our pool and we absolutely love it! We also use there weekly pool service to keep it clean and maintained. All the staff are fantastic!

Upon the completion of the build of our pool by Tropical Pools last May, we agreed to sign up for their 1 year - weekly pool maintenance program. The services have been excellent. Todd is our service technician and is a seasoned professional, very knowledgeable and has kept our pool perfect throughout this first year. We are very satisfied and just signed on for another year. Highly recommend Todd and Tropical Pools pool cleaning services.
