I cannot recommend True Quality Pools enough! We were dealing with a broken heater, and I was blown away by how quickly they got out to our house. After calling around, they were by far the most responsive. ​The technician Rene knew exactly what he was doing and had our entire system back up and running in no time. It’s such a relief to have everything working perfectly again. If you need fast, professional, and high-quality pool service, these are the people to call. Thank you for the incredible service!

I had previously dealt with another pool company that was clearly dishonest, so I was very apprehensive about hiring anyone new. I called True Quality for a quote on pool re-plaster and new pool equipment. Rene came out 3 days later and had a quote next day. He was very helpful with our decision process and giving ideas. Rene brought us a lot of tile and pebble samples because we weren’t able to make it to the showroom. I had True Quality install pebble tech, tile, pump, led light, and add a heater. Construction started the morning after I signed the contract. The entire job was completed within 7 days. Rene and his team are very responsive to any questions I had along the way. Rene is simply the best in the industry. I have worked with Rene and his team on many projects and he is my go-to for everything pool equipment and plumbing related. I am also a service client of True Quality Pools. My pool is always dialed in and the communication from Rene and his team is second to none. They are always prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good thing about Rene and his operation.
