Tim did a great job. Good communication about the problem and the cost to repair. The price was very reasonable. On time arrival for both the initial visit and the follow up the make the repair after the new pump was received. I am very satisfied.

I hate my HotSprings spa. The reliability is horrible. And Hanson Spa support was so poor that I went looking for someone else. Turnbull was the only spa repair company that responded. They responded quickly. Everyone is friendly. They know a lot about spas of all brands. Their prices are reasonable, but maybe I should’ve held back that comment until I get the bill from yesterday’s repair. :-). Regardless, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Tim has been our hot tub go-to-guy since we bought a house with one about a year ago. He's reliable, very knowledgeable, and extremely skilled in his job. He's always able to diagnosis and fix it, and he's always honest about what needs fixed right away and what can wait. I 1000000% trust Tim and 1000/100 recommend! 🙌
