They were great and affordable for the many years we used them, but this year they cancelled on us after the scheduled date ( a contract was signed months in advance). They did not reschedule just cancel. It is busy season and nearly impossible to get any pool company to come out. It is mid June and still no luck, just phone calls from angry residents every single day.

Used for 4 years and we never use again. They do not have sufficient staff to open and close pools. A 4 to 5 week wait time after I signed a contract a year ago. Also they never return phone calls. The new company I have hired is opening my pool next Monday. Look elsewhere.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of awful. On one occasion they came out to fix a leak in our pool system and basically told me they could not figure out the solutions. Quickly called another company and the problem was fixed within a day. They also provided me a quote to do some repair work on a broken light in our pool. After contacting them several times to have the repair work done I have still not heard back from anyone almost a two months after the original quote. Calling in to speak with the company is futile. Our property used Ultra Pool to resurface pool and install all new tile, and we couldn't be happier. Done quick and easy...keep up the great work!
