I experienced every pool owners nightmare a few weeks ago - I went away for the weekend and my pool pump died, during the summer heat wave - algae field day! I had a series of issues happening all at once, pool pump died, filter grids ripped pouring DE in the pool, salt cell fuse blew - nightmare. United Pool Service literally came to our rescue in the middle of the summer when I had a major issue with the pool company I was in contract with for 18wks of wkly cleanings/ service. Pre paid !!! Used this other company for over 12yrs . We are very loyal customers. But this particular pool company has been bought out by owners who literally don't give a hoot about you. From the minute I called this pool service company was different from what I was used to in the industry. I got a friendly reception on the phone, listened to my repair needs, and then a prompt response to when Justin could come out. THE NEXT DAY (in June!). I was told weeks at minimum by many other companies. Justin came by for the initial diagnosis, solved a problem with the flip of a switch! They gave me a competitive quote/price for the repairs I needed and we scheduled repairs for 1 week later. The repair went in and my pool maintenance has gone back down to minimal. I’ve had a pool for over 20 years, and I can confidently say I’ve never come across someone as transparent, professional, and efficient as Justin. He was exceptional from start to finish—he sourced a new pump and had it installed within just 24 hours. Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but his pricing was also incredibly reasonable. Used to open my pool,convert to salt, changed multiport valve and close my pool. Had to come back multiple times for leaks. A closer look revealed cracked nut with tons of pipe dope and Teflon tape. Salt water piping was just slapped in and crooked with whatever scrap pipe was in the truck. Very unpleasant lady in the office when you call. Never use them again!!

Another job well done by United Pool Service! The owner Justin and his team do such a good job and are super professional, can’t recommend them enough! So pleased with my weekly service this past summer, they were always super efficient and handled any issues with my pool as soon as they happened. I will definitely be back next spring season! They left my hose running with no plan of turning it off, when no one was at the house. Thankfully we went there before it overflowed. They also left the keys in the fence multiple times. When confronted with these issues, the denied all accountability and refused to close the pool 10/10 would NOT recommend using this company

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They leave keys in gates, lose keys, leave hoses running unattended when no one is home, without saying anything. Accept no blame and then refuse to close end of season.
