TJ and team are incredible. This is my second year with them and I'm really happy they are the ones that care for my pool. They are super responsive and helpful and friendly, it's great energy when they come. They are very knowledgeable, solution oriented, considerate, hard working, helpful, and patient (for people like me who like to ask questions a bunch). Highly recommend :)

I just started using Fawcett Pool and Spa last season. The quality of their work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I recently needed a quick turn on a pool inspection. TJ was very responsive. The information he provided was very helpful and he followed up with a professional report. I plan on using Fawcett Pool and Spa for all my future pool needs. I have been using Fawcet pool and Spa for a few years now. They are always on time .Do all the required repairs or maintenance in timely manner and for a very reasonable cost . Their technicians are very knowledgeable and always have the required equipment and supplies to complete the work. TJ the owner always responds to my calls or texts in a timely manner. Good work at a fair price .i will continue to have all my pool needs handled by TJ. And his staff

I had a nightmare of a pool situation prior to finding Fawcett Pool and Spa Maintenance. A previous "pool guy" had ruined all faith I had, but TJ and his crew have been nothing but amazing. They replaced my liner, cover, filter, light, ladder steps, and hosing. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this company to anyone with pool needs. Aside from the actual work done, they have answered our many questions and have shown professionalism through and through. They were patient and kind even when my 3 year old asked questions too!

We struggled for 3yrs to maintain our pool. But now that we found Fawsett Pools we haven’t has any issues at all. The staff is friendly, very professional and answers all your questions. I will continue to use them as long as we have a pool. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great, experience pool company. They also open and close for the season which is a huge help!

Reached out to him to help me with an issue with my pool. Started out professional, asked for pictures and address and told me he would make it out Monday. Come Monday morning, he says we never had anything set even though we spoke on the phone. Do not and will not recommend, waste of time.
