We recently moved into a home with a pool and after using another company we were not meshing well with we found Vasco Pools. We have been so beyond pleased with the services. They are honest and upfront with information, are willing to work with us on scheduling, and give us realistic information and expectations when it comes to our pool. They are personable, professional, and value their customers.

Started using Vasco pool service in April 2025, at the time the water was clear and no algae. With in 3 weeks having them service the pool it started getting green . I called them and told them what’s happening. The manager will come out and look at the pool. He never came out. I went in the office and asked when he was Comming out and the pool is getting greener my the minute . She said tomorrow. No one came. Vasco pool is very reliable. They turned my pool from basic to beauty. I never have any worries when I have them on schedule. Especially in the busy summer months they never miss a day and always make sure my pool is SPARKLING.

These guys were great for years and I previously gave them a 5-star review. Recently, however, I have had nothing but issues with this company. They partially drained my pool 2 days in row, left the gate open, left the pressure gauge open once, and finally, left the the control panel to my variable speed pool pump open right before a heavy rain. It has not turned on since. They will not work with me at all on this issue. They had a work order open for over 2 weeks before I finally got them to send someone out to look at it, and that took SEVERAL calls. I received no call, but I did get a…

Horrible. Left my pool unswimmable. After they serviced it I had the water tested and was told the pool water was not safe to swim in...um why was I paying these ppl? Aren't they supposed to let me know this and/or do the services needed?? I called and they were extremely rude. Poor customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere, to ppl who actually know what they are doing. Beware ppl they are just going to charge you the $$ but not actually do the work! Update: Wow.
