WAY OVERPRICED ! They tried to charge me 3k for a job that everyone else bid on average 1,500 for. So shop around and get more quotes ! They also charged me 350 for a water detection leak.... fine. But you'd think they'd apply that to the cost of the repair? NOPE I asked the employee why they charge so much, and he said cause "they do the job right" ha ha well isn't that what everyone says to justify overcharging. I would call him a thief, with the prices he charges. Steve, the owner at Water Savers seems to be somewhat unorganized and reluctant to make a tough decision. We had had his team out to fix a pool leak 8 years ago and now another leak has occurred. His tech found the leak to be in the same block of concrete they removed and replaced before and I believed it was only reasonable to think he would want to fix it again, and do it for some reduced rate if not free. It has been 6 days since his tech was here and I've had to call 3 times to get his leak report and request some kind of accommodati…

Water Savers is timely in their response time and both the staff & technicians are courteous and knowledgeable . The work performed is done right the first time so I didn't have to be inconvenienced by having to call them back for re-work. The price is fair and even better than others I called for quotes.

what a joke these people are. All I needed was a leaky pipe (about a foot long) replaced on the pump which would have taken a couple of hours to fix and these jokers estimated the job at $1575. what planet are they from??? It only cost me $200. My new pool maintenance guy fixed it for me....he laughed when I showed him the estimate...what a dork was his comment. Hahahahahahaha!!!

I am so impressed by the team of guys you have working for you and the quality of work that they turn out !! They do not walk they run !! How did you get them to do that ? I took pictures also of the whole process ! Great job my friend. I am happy to be a refferal for you should you need a word from a pool builder.
