My experience with Waters Edge Pools from start to finish had good communication and professionalism. I never waited 24-hrs to hear back after sending Steve a text or leaving a message. He was helpful in the creative process fitting in my wants while making sure it would fit on the property and not cause unforeseen issues. The quality of the work has been strong and happy with the way everything has turned out. They guys that did the majority of the work (Jared and Sid) were great. We have purchased pool supplies here for several years but we are done with them. Since the retail pool store has closed they have the Ramsey Drive Thru selling supplies but no one there has a clue and act like its a bother. What is so difficult in understanding what a bag of salt is, what a bag of sand is and what a jug of shock is. Can't even get the prices right. Then when I called them because they charged me wrong the guy said he had cars backing up and I need to just drive back out there.
Owner STEVE RAMSEY is very unprofessional! Horribly organized, doesn’t know how to be respectful to a paying customer and uses profanity when questioned about his work. Our New Pool liner he installed has been a nightmare for a year! ( pool won’t stop leaking, rocks under liner, extra charges for “fixing” his work) If I could give 0 stars, I would! STAY AWAY!!!
My family worked with Steve at Waters Edge Pools last summer to replace our vinyl pool liner. The job ended up horribly and the contract which was written up provided us no way to fix any of the problems which he created. First, the pool was measured incorrectly and so the liner was too small. The liner was not replaced until months after the agreed upon date, even after payment. The cut out for the pool stairs was sealed incorrectly. The light which was replaced is now holding water IN THE LIGHT. The skimmer plate was installed in the wrong size. Water's Edge did a fantastic job installing our beautiful pool. Steve and his crew were great to work with and executed our vision for the new pool. The quality of their work is top-notch and they went above and beyond to give us the pool of our dreams!
Never let you know when they will be at your house. No communication. Surprise costs. Lost our pool cover when they were supposed to order a new one...which took a year longer than expected. Nice guys but cannot do business this way. Very frustrating.
Very knowledgeable staff. Wonderful service!
