Couldn’t be any happier with our pool remodel and everyone at ZZ Pools! The owner Jose, his Dad, sister and the entire crew were a joy to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable , patient, reliable, detail oriented have become new friends. Ours was a full remodel from removing a large moss rock waterfall, to building a new waterwall with scuppers and firebowls, new mini pebble interior, change deck from pea gravel to cool spray deck and updated our outdoor kitchen and firepit. Our 13 year old pool was in need of some TLC. Years of improper balancing took its toll on our pool and it looked to be in bad shape. I had contacted 5 pool resurfacing companies and showed them our pool. Each provided a quote, some more comprehensive than others. Just had our pool replastered, concrete painted and installed a new pool pump. Jose and his crew were unbelievable! So professional and so efficient! He kept up informed the whole time and met every timeline ! His prices beat everyone around. Top notch work. Highly recommend !!!

We had our pool re-plastered and repairs to the deck, waterfall and stone around the pool, Z&Z pools did an excellent job. The customer service was great. They communicated the next days tasks by text every evening and if there were any changes to schedule we were notified. Everything was done on schedule and with excellent quality.

We were blown away by Z&Z pools' level of service and responsiveness on our recent pool renovation. We did our pool deck renovation and roof replacement with Z & Z. Reasonable price and very good quality product. The best about Z&Z is neither price or quality. There are many companies offering good price and quality. It is their follow up service and honoring the warranty. Z&Z is very good at that. Some old tiles were cracked while my channel drain around the pool was replaced. They replaced the tiles without extra charge. My roof was replaced with them 2 years ago and noticed small amount of water drained along the a furnace vent pipe. They sent someone to fix it, no charges. We highly reco…

After completing our pool remodel, I feel compelled to share a lesson I learned the hard way. We collected nine bids and ultimately chose another company because they were approximately $4,000 less expensive and could start about three weeks sooner than ZZ Pools. Looking back, it was the wrong decision. Of all the companies we interviewed, ZZ Pools was by far the most straightforward, honest, and detailed. Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The customer service was exceptional, the staff was professional and welcoming, and everything was handled with great attention to detail.
