Had a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE! I am not one to write bad reviews but I decided I should so no one else gets ripped off from this company. Recently, I moved and my hot tub started leaking. Called A1 Pools and Spas and was told a diagnostic call to see what was wrong was 390+tax. OKAY I thought, that is a lot but I just wanted to get it up and running... I contacted this company for leak detection and to fix the issue when found. They confirmed the leak and fixed my return line, but i did have some concerns and wrote a letter to them Craig responded to each concern in kind and down played them and made up a story about my biggest one, Tom cut my main drain line when he thought it was the return line, picture attached.He looked perplexed, I went outside and informed Tom he cut my main drain line as I had that one replaced within the last 4 years. HORRIBLE ... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY... TOTAL RIPOFF....CRAIG DOES NOT LET THE CUSTOMER TALK, TALKS OVER THE CUSTOMER.... SENDS OUT 2 GUYS THAT STAND THERE AND SAY YES YOU HAVE A LEAK..... DOES NO TESTING BECAUSE ITS OBVIOUS AND THEN STATES WILL HAVE CRAIG CALL BACK WITH A PRICE... GIVE THEM A NON REFUNDABLE CHECK FOR 550.00 WHICH IS TO GO TOWARDS THE REPAIR... RECEIVE CALL BACK FROM CRAIG EXPLAINING HOW THEY TESTED THE POOL WHICH THEY NEVER DID AND THEN STATES TO COMPLETE THE 1ST PHASE IT WILL BE A REMAINING BALANCE OF $3250.00.... FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!!
