I recommend Russ since he is reliable and knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience in the business. I had an emergency with my pool and he was the only one who was able to come out even if the outside temperature was unforgivable. He was punctual and professional. He solved my issue and he even helped me out with another non-pool related problem. He followed up with me after he left and he even returned to check on his job the day after. I will pass on his number to my neighbors since he is really good and honest with his prices. Thanks again Russ! You overdelivered!

I used other pool companies and this one is the best by far. The owner is very nice and they always do a great job opening and closing our pool. At least better than those other guys I've used. I have had to text (better than calling) him about pool troubles and he always responds.

Crystal Clear Performance Pool Service is the best pool service I have worked with. There are a lot of pool service places that are not so reliable. But Russ is reliable, honest, prompt and hardworking. He takes pride in a job well done. I had a torn liner due to a tree limb that fell in the pool during a storm. A lot of places never even called back. But Russ called back, came out, gave an estimate and got the job done. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear Performance pool service.

Horrible experience with pool opening. Pool opening services included only taking off the cover and Set up filter. Didn’t brush pool, add any chemicals, And lost poles to our ladder. Do not recommend at all. Smoked in my backyard, and I had windows open with kids in the house.

Came to my house and quoted the work. I attempted multiple times to agree to the quote and approve the work. No answer after 6 phone calls over the course of 2 weeks, no answer to multiple text messages. Not worth calling, there is literally no follow up. Don't waste your time, call someone else.

I hired hin two months before summer,he never picks up, sommething was wrong with my filter he said he was going to fix it but never replied. Worst company ever. Never hire this guy
