AC Pool replaced the liner for us along with putting in new steps, handrail, and a new light. The pool came out great and I couldn't be happier. Everyone has been so nice from the office people to the guys that have come out to replace the liner and Kenny who put in the light. Thank you AC Pools for a wonderful job completed. You are definitely our go to company from now on for all our pool needs.

These people are consistently amazing. I have needed them three separate times to service my hot tub. The first time the heater went out which caused a ground fault problem. They had to order a replacement heater and it was repaired in less than two weeks. The second time a year later we had a major leak it was fixed in about a week. Two weeks ago we had a valve malfunction and that was repaired in a few days. My wife said they are like magic. They come, fix the hot tub, we never see them. It’s just fixed. Three for three deserves five stars !!!

So these guys order parts for my business. 3 weeks go by with no word on my new parts. Monday morning they show up with no warning demanding money from my receptionist before they even do the job. They are informed that the owner doesn't pay until services are rendered. Upon completion of their job they demanded to be paid immediately, again very rude to my receptionist. I told them I could be back to the office to pay them as soon as my meeting was over. They said they couldn't wait, they removed my new parts and they left. Excellent service and professional. Pool guy cleaned my pool and made sure to find me before leaving to see if there was any thing else he could do. Next day office called to make sure I was happy. Love these folks.

For first time pool owners that had no clue how to take care of one, they have been very helpful and efficient in getting our pool where it needed to be. Quick to come out and service along with answering any and all questions we have had. Great customer service and very friendly staff!! Highly recommend!!

I deliver too these guys I'm always greeted with a smile and good conversation. I'm sure they treat they're customers the same way .Good people!!
