Well, I had to have my pool plastered after the last company plastered it in three years ago and did a horrible job. Precision pools of Longview specifically Renée. I found ASP pools of Longview and met with Darren. Darren is an outstanding human being who took great pride in the work on my pool and did an awesome job. But I have to take my hat off to Jacob. He is a great employee if I owned a pool company I’d steal HIM from you Darren. Jacob always has a smile on his face. Does a great job when he’s here. He even loves my big dog.Zeeky Boy. Darren, Bridget, Jacob, and the rest took great care of us on a long spring project to overhaul our pool. We had them retile, replaster, replace the light, and change the sand filter media. The pool is gorgeous! They helped us make good choices, stayed in our budget, and worked fast. They are delightful and responsive. We will 100% work with them for our future pool needs.

I've used ASP Longview for all my pool needs for the last three years. I've had old pumps, filter housing and filters, electrical panel, pool resurfacing and spa heater replaced and ASP always does a great job. They are polite, courteous and pretty fast on completing services. They tend to be on the pricey end so if you are on a budget, make sure to compare quotes. However, their services have always been reliable, and in my opinion, worth the extra cost.

-3/10 Absolutly do not recommend using them. Our pool hasn't been operational for at least 10 months. When I asked them what was the issue and why weren't chemicals being added they terminated service with us claiming they were spending between 40-60 dollars every week, however in the reports they sent us there were many weeks where nothing was added. The person who came out to our pool did the bare minimum, he never emptied the filter baskets or used the pool brush. I tried to contact the ASP corporate to complain about this location and when I later called the longview office I got harassed …

Bridget and their entire team are amazing! They do a great job taking care of our pool and maintenance, I appreciate their dedication and hard work and they are there whenever I need them for any issues arise, I couldn't recommend a better company! Awesome work.........

After a couple years, I realized I needed to find another company in Longview to take care of our pool. I reached out to several different companies in the Longview area. Brigitte from ASP reached out to me. I originally chose ASP because of her. She was amazing! She was professional, friendly, polite, helpful, and just plain honest. Each quality is great to have but put them all together - extremely rare. Brigitte explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
