Disappointing experience. Liner started sagging one day after install. They didn’t secure the deep end Light Assy properly while the pool was filling which caused it and the wiring to fall in the water. Pool light has always worked flawlessly including me checking it day before they arrived for liner install and it worked fine. Light stopped working after their install. They said I needed new bulb. I got them one, didn’t fix it. They then said my outlet and GFI was bad. Ok- I paid Electrician to replace outlet and GFI. Still didn’t work. They then tell me I need new light assy. Trying to…

Mike at Academy Pools has done a great job for us several times. They have installed a new liner, cover, and light, and provided excellent service, a fair price every time!

Academy closed our pool last year. Never again. First of all, we had damage to chlorinator due to improper closing. We also confirmed on our security cameras one of their crew took our tools with them...... Academy also failed to respond to our phone calls and letters.....
