The guys were great today!! Our installation was rocky less than two years ago. We had issues then but the guys today listened to my experience and visually saw what my concerns are. They impressed me today. I feel better about using the Cover Care service after meeting our crew today. I wouldn't of said that in the past.

Technicians were very professional and friendly. Showed me how do maintain my cover to keep it in the best working condition. Showed me my mechanicals were in good condition. Would recommend the 2 associates to anyone who would ask. Great pair on guys!

I purchased my automatic cover when my pool was built in 2012. I initially hesitated getting an automatic cover because of the cost. I am replacing the cover for the first time 13 years later, but that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because of the exceptional service from Alex at Cover Care. Alex came out one other time for a service call. Both times I found him to be very knowledgeable and eager to help. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping his customers. Thank you Alex and Cover Care.
