Exceptional service from beginning to end. Jamie met with us and helped design the exact pool we wanted. He clearly explained the entire process and kept communication open throughout the project, always available to answer any questions we had. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall communication were phenomenal. The construction team truly blew us away—they arrived when they said they would and kept the construction site very clean. I installed a Gunite pool in 2000 and have used Advanced Pools for the last 15-20 years for virtually all maintenance and repairs that were over my ability to perform myself. Over the years they have installed a new pool pump motor, a new control panel, a new energy filter and performed a full replaster, including replacing the tile and lighting system. For the first time ever, I recently experienced a leak as I was continually adding water and I had an area of yard that stayed swampy. This is awesome company with awesome people. We had a pool built. Jamie, the owner, did not try to bs us at all. We told him what we wanted and he gave his advice without trying to upsell us. The crews that came were awesome. Pool and entire process was great. Highly recommend Advanced Pools for anyone looking to build a pool. They do what they say and kept us apprised of everything so there were no surprises in the end. Rare to find businesses like this these days. They weren’t the cheapest but they are the best.

They are the best. Jamie is the owner and made the designing and installation process of our pool and water feature very easy and allowed us to design exactly what we wanted with a high level of his own expertise. Also, the service department is top notch… from Pool School if needed to just calling Lance, the service manager, anytime with questions…. They are great. Lance knows our pool, has pictures of everything and can pretty much answer most questions from his phone but is always quick to come out if needed.
