Just had to replace my liner last minute and the process was painless from start to finish. Great Company to work with! This is the Tara Silver Falls Liner. Worked with Kevin and he walked me through everything. The only thing that was left off was the side jets, but I contacted Kevin and was able to get them in 2 days and installed by my pool installer. GREAT people to work with. I had NEVER purchased a pool and he took the time and walked me though my order.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a replacement liner through Royal Swimming Pools. This is Latham's Grey Mosaic (27ml) no border. Royal also caught a measuring mistake which likely saved me thousands and a huge headache. It prompted me to fire my original installers and hire someone who knew what he was doing. It turned out beautifully. Order was shipped in 5 days from Latham.

We had a good experience, we started renovating our pool last summer. We had to replace the coping, did a depth conversion and replace the liner. RSP was a great resource, we got all our materials from them and all deliveries were on time. Chris was very helpful when we made the order for the liner. He gave a timely response and coordinated efficiently with me and the engineering department to get all the pool drawings and dimensions perfect. We received an order, however, didn’t open it until the following pool season. When we opened the box, it was not what we had ordered and in fact, belonged to someone else in a different state. I sent a message to customer service with pictures and just asked if anything could be done at that point. They made sure the product was still available and shipped it to us for no charge! I highly recommend this company and their customer service.

Very helpful when I called in for a warranty claim on a part in our heater. Walked me through the diagnostic and troubleshooting process to make sure it was the correct part. Shipped the part to me and then checked to make sure it solved my problem which it did. Soo glad we did our self build pool project with Royal Swimming Pools.
