Mr. Billy and his team installed an inground pool for our family last summer. The process was much easier than I expected it to be they are true professionals. Communication was great and he did a great job incorporating all our ideas into the build to make sure we were satisfied. I shopped around with all the local companies, and several didn't even call me back. Not only did Mr. Billy call me back he came by and discussed all options and ideas in person. Just had an awesome experience with the ordering and installation of my new pool liner by Bahama Pool & Patio. The owner, Mr. Bill, came out and did the measurements himself and then came back out personally after the installation to ensure my satisfaction. All of his workers were very polite and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. When they left, there was no mess to clean up; it was like they were never there. Bahama Pools put our pool in 2 1/2 years ago. I don't write reviews until I am sure of the experience. This is our first pool and I would definitely recommend Mr. Bill and Bahama Pools to anyone looking to have a pool installed. Bill helped us with ideas on the entire process and he is very knowledgeable about pools. He recommended a salt generator and boy am I glad. Having never dealt with taking care of a pool I am amazed at how low maintenance this pool has been. Interesting that years later, and nearly a half dozen customers in the same subdivision, even to this day, he's still installing the same substandard work.
