Mark and his team were awesome from start to finish in replacing our 13 year old vinyl liner. From Mark, to Stephanie, to the entire crew, everyone was great to work with. Mark explained everything clearly, made the whole process really easy, and the best part.. he got us opened up by Friday of Memorial Day weekend right on schedule! After our previous pool company told us it would take 6–8 weeks just to get a new inground liner—and then even longer to schedule installation—we were left thinking there’d be no point in even opening our pool this season. We have had to replace our pool vinyl liner 2 times since the pool was built in 2020. Due to these liner issues I reached out to several pool companies and did not get the help I wanted. I reached out to AG Pool Masters LLC in late Sept. of 2025 and spoke to Stephanie. She was very responsive to the liner issues and asked me to send photos of those issues. I did this and she presented them to Mark (owner of AG). I hoped to have him come out and check the liner before I had the pool closed for the winter but it did not work. We left it off that she would reach out to me in March of 2026. …

Mark and the crew saved us this spring. Went to do a simple liner change and saw that the vermiculite concrete was all busted up and poorly patched by the previous owners. He was able to work us into the schedule a few weeks later and get the job done, including the liner within a week and did an excellent job. They also wired up a Pentair color sync controller that I couldn’t figure out. Couldn’t be happier.

Mark and his guys did an awesome job! We could not be happier! They came out as scheduled (despite having rain forecasted every day) they did all the prep work, installed new hardware and the liner on the same day! Our pool looks brand new and is ready for the summer season! If you’re looking for a professional to work on your pool, look no further than AG POOL!
