Alchemy has made owning a pool feel easy again. They’re reliable, professional, and genuinely care about keeping our pool in top shape. What impressed us most was how they noticed a small equipment issue before it turned into a bigger problem, saving us money and hassle. We get weekly photos, so we always know exactly what was done, and our water has never looked so clear.

I just moved to Sacramento from the bay and my new house has a pool. My last house also had a pool so I was sure I was used to the routine. I called at least 6 companies before I called these guys and no one answered the phone except them. I told him I needed pool service estimates and he came out the same day (within 3 hours). 2 guys showed up and were very helpful and informative. We have been using Alchemy for about 2 years now, we’ve been impressed with how smooth everything runs. They’re reliable, always arrive when they say they will, and our pool water has stayed consistently clear throughout Sacramento’s heat waves. You get weekly updates with chemical readings and a photo so there’s no doubt the service was actually done, which is a relief. We appreciate them, and how thorough and consistent they’ve been over the past few years!

Had a great experience with Alchemy Pool Service! They were professional, reliable, and took great care of our pool. Communication was smooth, and they showed up on time every visit. I love my pool service . Very reliable , very professional. Very efficient work . My pool looks great all year round . I love the communicate. I get up dates weekly. We’ve tried a few different pool services over the years and these are our favorite guys. Emiliano comes by like clockwork each week, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. The pool water is always crystal clear and we are very happy.
