I wanted to update my review after being a customer with Alpha pools now for over a year. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a great pool service like Alpha. Over the last year we have used them exclusively for our pool service needs, and just a few months ago we had an issue with our heater not working right before our son's birthday pool party. Alpha Pools has been more than amazing to work with! The entire crew has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Blair, Derek, Brad to name only a few have always been great at keeping me updated on my pool service, and needed repairs. I've been with Alpha Pools since moving to Tucson a year ago. Brad and his crew continues to impress me with their focus on customer service and delivering a quality product. It's clear that Brad has a lot of experience and knowledge in this industry and he's always willing to take the time share his knowledge and help educate his customers. Alpha Pools will only use top quality materials when servicing your pool equipment which meshes perfectly with the type of service I want. Prompt, reliable weekly maintenance - always on time and never misses a date. Couldn't ask for more.

Our experiences with Alpha Pools have always been amazing. They clean & maintain our pool weekly and also installed a heater. Always friendly, professional & very knowledgeable/skilled. Isaiah & Brad are awesome! We wouldn’t trust our pool needs with anyone else.

UPDATE #3: NONE of what I shared was false. I was very clear about exactly what the problem was and had no interest in further engaging with a company with unethical practices. I did reach out to cancel services and not once did you reach back out to me. I was able to treat the CyA levels easily and inexpensively without draining water that was only in the pool for a year. It holds chlorine just fine, thank you and hasn't been an issue at all. Update: Unfortunately, this company no longer responds to my calls, I cannot recommend them in good conscience. Brad is a conscientious professional with fair pricing. I had been working with the person that built my pool but he retired, so I was looking for a new pool repair resource. I was fortunate enough to call Alpha Pools and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Used the company for a few months. Tech was in and out 10-15 min max (saw him in the mornings) Very average nothing bad and nothing really good either. Since switching to a new company (which I will admit costs more) my pool looks significantly better and I feel is being thoroughly taken care of by the new companies high level of customer service and communication which was missing before.
