I had a great experience with Northwest Pool Care. The team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job maintaining and cleaning the pool. Everything looked clean and well taken care of after their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality pool care.

We had a major problem with our pool after we had a palm tree cut down next to it and the landscaping service left the pool full of debris and sawdust. We never thought it could be fixed without draining the pool and starting over, but Northwest Pool Care worked incredibly hard, sending someone by daily to check on the progress and adding more chemicals as needed. They communicated with us almost daily and did an incredible job getting our pool back to normal. For nearly 4 years, Northwest Pool Care has been taking care of my giant (33,000 gallon) pool. They do an amazing job. On the very rare occasions I have had a problem, (like the time it turned emerald green) Northwest has responded quickly to make my pool safe and beautiful again. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

I purchased a house with an in ground pool in November 2015. Northwest Pool Care has been maintaining it since. We had to go back East for 12 months, and they took care of it the whole time. Great service, the pool looks like it did on day one. If anything came up, I was contacted by email, and could make any maintenance decisions based on their recommendations. I was going to take over the day to day maintenance upon my return, but I think I will just let them continue. Great Job.

Northwest Pool Care provides great customer service. The most important objectives to me about hiring a company for a service is that they are responsive and communicate well. Northwest Pool Care meets these objectives for us and we have been very pleased. Additionally, they provide experienced recommendations and suggestions to help reduce my overall cost of pool ownership. I highly recommend Northwest Pool Care.

I paid to have my filter cleaned. Your man did not remove the cartridges to inspect and clean them. He used the hose and washed them IN THE FILTER. This is not the correct way to clean the filter. Very disappointed with this service B Welton. This was done 2 months ago and the pressure on the filter continues to run high unless I backwash every week
