Luis came to reprogram my pump. He was very professional, helpful and patient. He made sure I was comfortable with how to program and gave me tips on keeping my pool looking and running great. I have had Pima since I built the pool 6 years ago and never had a problem. Pool always looks great.

I am a first time pool owner. I "inherited" this company from the previous owner of my house. Service was minimal, someone showed up, did chemicals only, no cleaning, etc. with no communications whatsoever. The pool even developed some algae issues that were not addressed. I switched to another company -- at the same price -- and they give me amazing, attentive service, everything explained in detail, with filter cleaning, etc. included. My pool finally looks sparkling clean for the first time since I moved in.

So we recently choose them to do our pool chemistry, their communication was abhorrent. They spiked the chlorine level to 25ppm the first week didn't give us the report they had said they would.. ok first week misstep. The next week nope they ran it up to 25ppm again. They want it to be 5ppm when they show up again the next week (this is too high 1-3 is ideal depending on cya levels and where you are in that philosophical debate). I have ran the Taylor test 3 times each time after they showed up because I couldn't believe it I used test strips thinking maybe my Taylor kit was bad the strip tha…

My pool is SO CLOUDY AND HORRIBLE!! FIRST TIME anyone came out here it was Esteban their (supervisor and supposed pool expert) well he was supposed to come first to assess the pool, make sure everything was working properly, check the chemicals and clean the baskets, well I was watching him and he went to leave, never went near my baskets nothing so I went to the alley and he was in his truck getting ready to go, I tapped the window and said "aren't you supposed to clean my baskets" he said "oh yes I'm sorry I forgot"... I’ve been using Arizona/Pima chemical over the past two years and I have never been disappointed with their service. The office personnel are very polite, professional and knowledgeable! My pool is always sparkling blue and welcoming thanks to their wonderful technicians. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing things done right!

One star is too many. After having our pool water independently tested, we found that the chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and phosphate levels were all outside the recommended ranges. Our pool is cloudy and now we're spending more to fix what we hired AZ Pima Chemical to do. Would not recommend.
