I hired Shoreline Pools to assist with the design and installation of my pool 6 years ago. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. From meeting with Chris initially and working with his team, I was impressed with the professionalism and follow-up. All work with completed in a timely manner and done to the highest standards. The best decision I made was to select Shoreline Pools to install an inground pool at our house on the Cape. Their expertise and experience in designing a beautiful landscape around the pool went beyond what I could have envisioned. And there were no surprises. The finished product looks exactly how their designer depicted it the mock ups. Shoreline is dependable and responsive. My family is having a lot of summer fun, and I don’t have to worry about maintenance or up keep. Shoreline is handling it all. As I said before, BEST.DECISION.EVER.

We purchased a home in Chatham 18 months ago. As part of the process we wanted certainty we could build a pool. Shoreline was incredibly helpful through every stage of approval, design, installation and service. Special kudos to Dillan for all the help through design and installation. We are very, very happy with the entire team and I think our pool is a beautiful focal point of the home. Smart, responsive, helpful and polite. Great company

we had chris team come build our pool in 2021 and had a small problem in 2023 he was attentive and came when he could we had the same problem again this year; chris told us he would come by the house and still no one still has shown up and now fully ghosted us and not answer our phone calls,texts,and emails. We are half way through summer and we have no pool. Very bad job, very disappointed; for the amount we have paid for to not get customer satisfaction, i hope you don’t get your pool done with him

We as a family recommend Shoreline Pools and their excellent staff to build and design your pool. They are as professional as you will find and pay attention to every detail along the way until the project is complete. Our pool came out better than we ever imagined !The staff are very easy to work with and approachable during the entire build . I would not hesitate to call them if you are considering a summer oasis in your backyard. B and B Cape Cod!
