They were so helpful when I was house-sitting and stressed about how to fix a green pool! I brought in a sample of the pool water ins container and they tested it for free, letting me know exactly what to do and how much of each chemical to add. Could not recommend them enough!

Easton built my gunite pebble finish pool 5 years ago. They’ve serviced, opened and closed my pool every year. Year 5 we ran into a few issues and their service is absolutely mint. Extremely responsive and take care of everything without question. Highly recommended…….

Easton Pools is a terrific company to work with. I have used them to re-line my pool, replace the pump, order and install a new loop loc cover, closing at the end of the season, and weekly service throughout the summer. It took me 3 seasons to finally connect with the right service provider. I have worked with almost every service area at Easton Pools and have had exceptional service. So unfortunately I had to take over running the pool for my mom. I am really green and had no clue what I was doing. I can’t explain how great they are here. Laurie is probably the best person in customer service I have ever met. She went way above what she was asked to do and not only helped me with all the products but showed me and explained how exactly to use them. I highly recommend Easton Pool and Spa and NO they didn’t ask me to leave a review.

On the Friday before the temperatures were rising to high 90's, the weekend before the Memorial weekend, the line for help at the Easton Pool & Spa store was practically out the door (I counted 12 people waiting to be helped, and still more were arriving). Thanks to the leadership of the manager, Lori, who sets the tone for customer service, the atmosphere was 5 star. No impatience for the long wait, while Lori & her staff asked questions, the answers to which I kept hearing were: I don't know, I have no idea, I think so, but I'm not sure, etc. They were trying to help people open their pools,…
