I use LA Fitness. They use American Pool. There was a scheduled service this morning that was supposed to end at 7:45. It is 8:20 and they are still not done. I understand people want to sleep in, but I have to make it to work and swimming beforehand is the only thing that gets me through the day. American Pool can’t be counted on to be on time. So don’t use them in situations where time matters. This probably is not an issue for home pools- only commercial pools!

American Pools has been great to work with. Their staff is always prompt and on site when scheduled. If there is a problem with a scheduled visit, I will get a communication letting me know. Maciej Kot has been fantastic in his customer service and responsiveness.

We've used American Pool to service our large neighborhood pool for a number of years. Getting competent onsite service personnel has been a problem at the start of every swimming season, but management has been very responsive to our complaints resulting in smooth service for the remainder of the year.

American Pool provides great service with details and pictures of their daily work. They follow up on requests and issues in a timely manner. They keep the pool running smoothly.

I was pleased with the quality of service provided by American Pool for the 2020 season. Not only did the pool stay clean but the staff was attentive to the overall needs of the pool operations. I will be using their services next season and would recommend American Pool to any needing pool services.

Angelo with American Pools is by far the best pool supervisor EVER! We are so please with the work he has done here in Brighton Park.
