I have to say. We had another pool service for 5 years. When our pool got out of hand, that pool service could not handle anything but an easy clean but always added more and more unnecessary chemicals. Luckily we called Dennis at Acworth Pool service. He came over and did wonders that the other pool company did not do in many months. Dennis did in a week. Now our pool works and looks Amazing. Thanks Dennis!

Had a pool pump that went down three weeks ago and my pool guy, Dennis Was right on top of it he replaced some plumbing two valves and a brand new state-of-the-art pump and I could not be a more happier customer I highly recommend this company!

Dennis has been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to keeping our pool in perfect shape. Dennis has been a great help with our new pool and the perfect company to maintain it too. He’s VERY knowledgeable around the chemicals, expert on the equipment (and does warranty repairs too!) and all things related to keep our family safe and enjoying our new pool. Very professional service and Dennis is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Imposingly wrote this review 2 years ago after working with Dallas Acworth pool service. I felt I needed to update since getting to know the business better. They have been incredibly reliable and professional over the two year period. I can’t imagine a better pool service for the Dallas area.

The PVC union on the pump breaks at 8pm. I got people coming over to enjoy the pool this weekend. I text Dennis hoping he could help on Fourth of July weekend. He couldn’t come over, but he took the time to help me find parts, give me recommendations on fixing the issue, and walking me through it. Stand up guy. You will be my first call for anything pool related.
