They are not only absolute professionals, but they connect well with their customers and treat your pool like it’s their own. they are the ultimate example of trusted professionals and exemplary service. American Pool Service has been once of the most responsible, respectful and professional organizations I have worked with in my long time as a pool owner. This is an extremely rude and unprofessional pool company. I requested a cleaning service before Memorial Day weekend of my pool that had already been regularly maintained up to the week prior. The told me the fee would be $100 which I thought was fair and reasonable compared to some other companies that were around $120-130. This was my first service with them and I was looking for a company to regularly provide weekly service. Once they were done, I got a bill for $169, saying they had to add extra chemicals and put a chlorine floater - neither of this was presented to me for my consent befo…

APS rep Kevin came out the same day and repaired our broken pipe fitting. He then checked out all of the other fittings and valves for leaks. He was very efficient and a pleasure to have working on our pool.

Amir and his team are amazing! We’ve been using American Pool Service for a couple of seasons so far and I can’t say enough good things about them. I hired them when I had a leak underground that neither of the (big or small) pool companies could identify. But Amir came in and kept at it until he found the problem. From that point on, we’ve only been using APS. They even replastered our pool last season and did it in a timely manner. I find their pricing to be very reasonable.

I’ve been working with Amir and his team for 3 years now, ever since I built my pool. Amir is always responsive! He has saved me multiple times, such as when I decided to open the pool too early—once even showing up at 10 p.m. to ensure my pipes wouldn’t freeze overnight. Additionally, and just as importantly, as a real estate agent, Amir will always come to inspect homes with pools for me on very short notice, which is crucial for buyers who need to act quickly.
