I wish I could leave zero stars. Our pool is less than 2 years old and has a hole in the wall. When we approached Mike the owner, the nice man who sold us the pool disappeared and after barely looking at our pictures, blamed us for filling in around the pool and stated the ground is acidic and the walls were being eaten. The area around the pool was NEVER filled in, and we have pictures of the huge pile of dirt to prove this. I just purchased an above ground pool filter cartridge from American Pools & Spas a few days ago and paid more than double for it than I paid at spa-daddy. What a rip off! Do your homework and save big.

Pretty dope place it is like a supermarket for pools .it was packed at 9am this morning. They literally have everything for your pool whatever part you need they got it .the pools they sell are of really good quality I wish I bought my pool there. They have tons of accessories and floats.they also have pools setup inside so you can see everything working 💪. I will use them for all my future purchases for my pool.

SIMPLE. THEY OVER CHARGE YOU AND DON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PURCHASES. THEY MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT'S YOUR FAULT SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU A REPLACEMENT. FOLKS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME NOT TO GO THERE. I SHOULD OF LISTENED. BUT YOU LEARN BY YOUR MISTAKES

We have been here twice in the past 2 weeks 1st visit I thought my pump had burned out, They quickly tested it and it was ok they then walked me through what to check on my electrical system I easily fixed it. Really appreciate that they didn’t just have me but a new pump 5 stars 2 nd visit being as our pump was off 2 days during heat ph went way out of wack. Quick test from them and 1 bag of ph down ( same price as online)back in the pool , Really appreciate it

I had to purchase a new pump for my pool in the spring of 2025. A year later, the pump seized up. I took it into American Pool and Spas and I was not able to find my receipt. They honored the warranty and gave me a new pump. Thank you

My parents went through american pools years ago for an above ground pool. Few years ago we went through this awesome business for a pool. We're very helpful with the whole process. They are very knowledgeable and have no problem explaining or answering any questions. Since then we go back there for parts and other items needed to keep our pool running great. Thank you!
