Didn't use them and won't, so can't speak for their actual service, but their front end customer service is absolutely horrible. Doesn't seem like they want any new business given how they handle new business inquiries.
Non existent customer service. Ive called multiple times and left multiple messages over the course of a week about a 25,000 gallon pool, water feature, and spa they built 3 years ago and can't even get a call back from whoever "joey" is. You would think a massive contract like this would be worthy of at least a call back.
I have delivered a load for them they are great people working there and very friendly. As soon as I get there they start offloading me right away
Best pools in Oregon. Great people to work with.
Did not use them so I cannot speak to their work. Based on the conversations to set up work I would likely not call them for future projects.
I wish I would have found someone better to redo my pool!
