Personable and Professional - I'm grateful for his support! When I purchased this home, I couldn't find any available pool services. Over time, I tried 3 services, but I wasn't thrilled about any of them. Then last summer we had the pool replastered and the company that did that project introduced me to Cody Klein. He has been wonderful to work with, and because of how difficult it was to find a good service, I partly don't want to write a review! He did not ask for this review, but in the end, I want to thank him.

We moved into a neglected property with a bright green frog pond that according to Google earth used to be a swimming pool. With summer closing in we tried reaching out to a few different people. Cody came and assessed everything, gave us a quote and was able to get started a couple weeks later. A full equipment room replacement, electrical, heat pump, salt conversion, filters, auto dosing system, etc.. was needed. Everything was completed on time and it’s been great. Highly recommend Klein Pools!

We've had such a hard time finding a quality pool repair/maintenance company here in Oregon -- until now! Cody is professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. So glad we were connected!

Cody provides EXCELLENT SERVICES. His work is impecable and always in a timely manner. He is very professional, friendly and courteous. I recommend his business 100%. Don't go elsewhere he is the best. I'm so glad I found his company.

I could not be happier that Klein Pools was recommended to me. Our old pool needed tile repair and new lights after a brutal winter in Portland. The service was completed within a few days so that we can enjoy the short swim season. I will have their number on speed dial for the next time.

Cody is a pleasure to work with, it's because of his detail and ability to explain all the nuances of servicing a pool, as well as his enthusiasm makes him a great individual to work with. I wish his company well.
