I worked for Swim Atlanta for 10+ years and I don't have one bad thing to say about them. Great place to work and a great team of management to work with. The whole leadership team is great to work with and they have a high level of experience and knowledge to handle any problem your pool may have. If you are looking for a Pool Management company in the Atlanta area you would be making a huge mistake by not calling Swim Atlanta Pool Management.

Last fall was my first time working for SwimAtlanta. I attend Emory University and they are very flexible working around my class schedule which is nice. The staff are super friendly and supervisors are very helpful and welcoming to new guards. Fun working environment.

Last summer was my first season with this company. I was very pleased with the amount of support and training they were willing to give me as a new guard. If you're a hard worker with integrity, SwimAtlanta will be sure to make it worth your while. Great job for college students or high schoolers that need the extra work hours during the summer, I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a summer job as well as any community pools looking for a responsible, professional company to oversee their facilities.

I love working for SwimAtlanta. I this will be my 7th year working with them and I love how nice everybody is. The managers, supervisors and directors are really good at making sure that you know what you are doing and that you are staying alert and focused when on the stand. Schedules are made 2 weeks in advance so you know when you will be working and they are flexible if you want to work after school or have a team practice. Lexxy Roberts

Before moving to the area, my family lived in another state and were members of a neighborhood pool. I thought the pool management company there was okay; however, now that, as a homeowner and board member here, I have to say that management company pales in comparison to SwimAtlanta. For our past two years here, I have seen nothing but courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding communication from the SwimAtlanta team. Thank you for your excellent service!
