There's a reason that Anthony and Sylvan has been around for so long. They built my pool back in 2003, and we have been delighted with the design, the superior construction, and the quality of all the components. They have a retail store at this location, which stocks everything that you might need. They carry excellent quality chemicals, and have a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I heard from my salesperson and subsequently received a call from the regional sales manager. We had a productive discussion about what transpired and I am open to the possibility of working together. I appreciate the prompt follow-up from both of them and the transparency regarding the previous communication gap. I have since received the estimate and am currently reviewing the details for the pool renovation. It’s encouraging to see the company take accountability and prioritize getting things back on track. In December of 2019, my husband and I made the decision to install an in ground pool. We chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of their outstanding reputation. The initial stages of the project however, did not go smoothly. Our salesperson either left or was fired and our original project manager resigned. We were stalled. Fortunately, once Bob Hoke was assigned as our project manager things changed. He maintained frequent contact and kept the balance of the construction on schedule. Tom Elko with Anthony & Sylvan Pools was our project manager for a total renovation of our in-ground pool in Spring 2020. Tom was excellent to deal with, went over many options for our pool finish, tile selection and safety cover. Along with having to do some structural repairs and adding a salt system. Project went very well, especially during a pandemic where communication and safety was key. The pool came out beautiful with the new quartz finish and we enjoyed it all summer long! Jimmy was fantastic to work with. So honest and reliable. I have been calling over a dozen people to replace my diving board. Each one said it’s discontinued and told me you need to rip up concrete and your diving board is no longer allowed due to new codes. My diving board was grandfathered in. Each pool company lied to me never telling me to call Sylvan who built my pool. Someone happened to come by and said you have a Sylvan pool see what they say. $25,000 Pool Resurfacing Project Resulted in Multiple Issues Approximately five years ago, I contracted Anthony & Silvan to recoat and resurface my swimming pool at a cost of approximately $25,000. Because the pool had originally been installed by their predecessor company more than 45 years ago, I felt confident that they had the experience and expertise to complete the project properly. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IS HARD TO DO. WHEN YOU FINALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS LACK! I GOT HUNG UP ON , AND WHEN I CALLED BACK WAS SENT TO VOICEMAIL 6 TIMES. WHEN I CALLED THE NEW JERSEY LOCATION , TERRIBLE. I WAS TRANSFERED AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN EXPLAIN WHO I WAS BEING TRANSFERED TOO! It’s been 2 years since I have my pool, first time owning an ingrown pool lots of work and up keep. So I asked my neighbors who to use and everyone recommended Sylvan pools. Met Jimmy for the first time very knowledgeable in every aspect of pool maintenance parts replacement and any pool related issues. I’m very happy dealing with Sylvan and gladly recommend them to anyone.
