Aqua Blue Pools installed our pool in 2011. The process from beginning to end was done professionally by knowledgeable workers. My special thanks to Marcus who was always helpful to answer all questions. I have used Aqua Blue Pools to open/close my pool every year since. They have always responded to any maintenance issues. Ramon, Marcus and Salvador took great care of us from the install of the pool to concrete pouring to opening and closing. It turned out great. Just what we wanted. Since the install, we will occasionally call with some questions and we always get a quick response! Thanks guys!

Great company, very responsive to any problem or questions. Ramon and Marcus have always been great to work with and responsive to any needs. Marcus did a great job bringing us up to speed on the appropriate care and maintenance needed for our new pool. We use Aqua Blue to service the new pool in the Spring and Fall. Highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

Exceptionally pleased with our pool addition! It's just what we wanted and the work was worth the wait. The crews were friendly, polite and respectful of our property and pets. We still use their services to open our pool for the summer or winterize in the fall. It's cost effective and a great opportunity to have everything checked out for any warranty needs.

Quality of pool is good, we are enjoying our pool experience. I think you could approve on your communication with clients, especially when issues arise. I also suggest giving the client a timetable or sort of "schedule of events" so they know how it will all come together; it would probably reduce questions as well as client anxiety. Finally, I suggest providing a more structured training, especially for new pool owners. IE a written pool maintenance guide with daily/weekly/monthly tasks with the "how to". Thank you

I had my pool installed in January of 2022. Since then, I have used them for all my questions and service. They have always been so helpful and timely.
