Worst experience I have ever had with a company. We bought our home less than a year ago and during the pool inspection we were told the liner would need replaced. Swim Things had done some patches so we decided to use them for the new liner install. We had never been through this process before so would of liked better communication throughout the installation. We had to reach out multiple times to get on the schedule. Staff was extremely helpful and store is very organized. A good amount of the women's and children's swim wear/ covers are pricey, but the quality far exceeds regular department store options.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Swim Things. Details and expenses were explained from the beginning. Chuck Baldwin has over 50 years experience with his company and it shows. He really knows the pool business. He was very careful in making sure we had the room we needed in our back yard for the pool we wanted. He acquired all the proper permits and paperwork for the city. Chuck was good with communication by promptly returning phone calls or emails. These guys know their stuff. From pools to hot tubs. We had them come out and give us a quote for a pool. They can handle everything from construction all the way through landscaping. We are also in line for a spa but everywhere is on quite a back list. As big as they are they are able to get more than other dealers.

Have had two swimming pools built by Swim Things, Inc. They are, by far, the premier pool building and pool maintenance company in the Midwest. I highly recommend recommend them.
