My wife said either we move to Florida or get a pool. I chose to get a pool. The best decision I ever made. Aqua Design was a pleasure to work with, from the initial site visit right through to the pool opening. They give a fair price for a top quality product. I like that they make the commitment that once they start a project, they are on it until it is finished. Communication was excellent. We debated for years about putting in a pool. I’m very glad we did, and we chose Aqua Designs. Our project required extensive regrading and building a large stone wall behind the pool which made it more difficult. The time line we were given stayed true. Because they don’t sub out certain phases of the project like many pool companies, all the crews knew each other and we never had a delay. Two other neighbors recently had Aqua Designs build their pools, so they came highly recommended by people we knew personally which was a big plus. Very happy with our pool!

Highly recommend this team for any pool installation. They are extremely professional, maintain excellent communication, and follow through on every commitment. Given how significant and stressful a pool project can be, I felt completely confident in my decision and would not hire anyone else.

After hearing so many horror stories about pool companies, we wanted to do our due diligence and research as many as possible. We contacted Aqua Design after being referred to them by a family friend. After meeting with Jeff we decided to move forward with them. Aqua Design did an excellent job with our pool. They came highly recommended by a few friends and lived up to the expectations. We received bids from three companies, and Aqua Design stood out as the most professional, the most helpful in walking us through the full process, and the most price competitive. I paid this company to open my pool, then paid them to replace the filter and pump. Around 4 weeks later they recommended a $250 green to clean service- all while I was calling the company multiple times to get updates. I had to complain to not be charged for a service which the work order was falsified. (Did not vacuum when stated) Attached is the photo of my pool after $6000 this year.
