I have always been impressed by Aqua Masters. Both Richard, the owner, and anyone else (Max, Dash, Mike) who has come to service. They have always been kind, knowledgeable, and welcome any questions we might have. They were amazing with the startup for our pool after we had it re-plastered and did everything in their power to work with our schedule. The process was seamless and we are so glad we went with Aqua Masters. Taking a dip in my spa is my happy place. It resets me. I get creative. It grounds me. It keeps me happy. Knowing my pool water is clean, the filters are changed, the equipment is running, and we are at optimal performance is essential. Technicians come weekly. Every week. No excuses. No vacations. This is not a pool guy, this is system. And while it is more expensive then a man-in-a van, the peace of mind is worth the price. If your pool or spa is important to you, this is a great company.

I requested service for a leaking connection between the pump to the spa heater and a filter backwash. Richard promptly replies to service requests, sends a quote and schedules a date. When Andy came to do the work, he was honest, saying that only a new rubber gasket was required to stop to the leak. Andy does great work and gets the job done!
